James Maurice Alexander , 48, of Burlington, Iowa, died Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington, Iowa.
Born December 28, 1966, in North Las Vegas, Nevada, he was the son of Freddie Watson and Robbie Lee Alexander. On May 28, 2000, he married Monique Savage in Keokuk, Iowa; they later divorced.
James grew up in Seattle, Washington. He last worked at Shearer Snack Foods in West Burlington.
He was a member of the Faith Temple Church of God and enjoyed music and singing in church.
Survivors include son, Maxwell (Bradie) Savage of Keokuk, IA, son, Koby Savage of Homosassa, FL, sister, Latricita M Alexander of Seattle, WA, brother, Vincent G Robinson of Las Vegas, NV, three grandchildren, Bleyn, Ryker and Teagen of Keokuk, IA, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. 1328 Exchange St., Keokuk, Iowa, on Sunday, November 29,2015 at 4:00 PM.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh-Thielen Crematory.
