Ann loved the outdoors and found joy in gardening, spending time at her family’s cabin, boating, and simply watching the Mississippi River. Her greatest happiness came from time spent with her family and grandchildren, whether they were making crafts together or baking holiday cookies. She also had a special place in her heart for stray animals and dearly loved her cat.
Survivors include her two daughters, Susie Butts and Jo Bowman both of Burlington; four grandchildren, Angel Bowman, Wyatt Messer, Logan Messer, and Kate Messer; and seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Ronald Lemon.
The Graveside Committal Service for Ann will be 11:00 AM Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Aspen Grove Cemetery.
