Casey Charles Andrews

Casey Charles Andrews, 47, of Burlington, died Friday, May 23, 2025, at his home.

Born May 27, 1977, in Iowa City, IA, he was the son of John William and Kim Marie Munson Andrews. 

He was a graduate of Burlington High School.

Casey worked for the Burlington Hawkeye as a pressman for many years before he moved to Las Vegas. In Las Vegas, he worked as a slot technician repairing many machines for Santa Fe Station Hotel and Casino.

He loved spending time outdoors; hunting, fishing, biking, hiking, hunting for old artifacts or seeking new places to explore. Casey's quiet dedication extended to his work with watches, a hobby that brought him great joy. He loved to take his kids antiquing. These were the things that defined his spirit. 

Survivors include his parents, John and Kim Andrews of Burlington; three children, Dalton Dudley of Cedar Rapids, Tristan Andrews of Las Vegas, NV, and Mya Woodsmall of Burlington; two brothers, Sonny (Julie) Andrews of Burlington, and John (Heather) Andrews, II of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Heather (James) Howell of West Burlington, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.

Visitation will be from noon until 7:00 PM with the family to receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Prugh Funeral Service, 3940 Division Street.
