Clifford (Bud) T. Martin

Clifford (Bud) T. Martin, 90, of Burlington, died Monday, July 13, 2026, at his home.

Born December 28, 1935, in Burlington, he was the son of Clifford O. and Margaret I. Turley Martin. After graduating from Burlington High School in 1955, Bud spent 3 years in the Navy, then briefly lived in Chicago, IL, before returning to Burlington.  He worked as a painter at the Army Munitions plant before retiring.

Survivors include his sister, Mary Graham; nieces, Jody (Lloyd dec.) Little, Jeanne (Bill) Seitz, Julie (Scott) Graham-Johnson, Jennifer (Rex) Houston, Jaimee (Gary) Carter, cousins, great nieces and nephews.

Bud was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Stephen Graham.

A private graveside funeral service is planned.
