Dianne Maxine Boecker, 79, of Burlington, died at 10:19 AM Saturday, April 23, 2022, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington.
Born May 3, 1942, in Zion, IL, she was the daughter of Donald and Dorothy Varner Lincoln.
She was a graduate of Argyle High School.
Dianne's first job was with Shaffer Pen. She later started working for the Burlington High School in the cafeteria, and retired last year after 41 years.
She was a former member of the Eagles Club and Burlington Moose. She loved to be outside; taking walks, basking in the sunshine, and enjoying the hummingbirds and butterflies in her yard. Dianne liked to dance, shoot pool, play bingo and gambling at the Casino. She was always cooking for her family and liked canning.
Survivors include her daughters, Teresa (Terry) Krieger of Middletown, Nancy (Lyn) Fleece of Davenport, and Tara Boecker of Burlington; her significant other of 18 years, Dave Crawford of Burlington; three grandchildren, Miranda (AJ) Fesler of Middletown, Jenna (Kody) Kruse of Danville, and Alan Fleece currently in the Air Force stationed in Germany; five great-grandchildren, Carter, Aylah, Zaylan, Jaxson, Kendall, and one due in June; three siblings, Dody Zinnert of Keokuk, Donna Fiedler of Hamilton, IL, and Dennis Lincoln of AZ.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Dick Lincoln and sister Darla Stoneking.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.
There will be no visitation or services.
