Jason Michael Patrick

Jason Michael Patrick, 49, of Burlington, died Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center.

Born January 2, 1976, in Burlington, he was the son of Michael Patrick and Sue Claire Miller Patrick. 

He attended Burlington Community High School.

Jason worked for the can redemption center at Hope Haven for many years.

He was a member of Danville United Methodist Church. Jason enjoyed shooting baskets, going to Geode State Park, fishing with his dad, and going to downtown Burlington to watch the trains pass through town. He loved Kirby vacuum cleaners. Jason had an excellent memory and could recall events from childhood that his siblings had forgotten.

Survivors include his brother, Jeff Krieger of Riverside and sister, Jill Lea Patrick of Cherokee.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.

The Graveside Committal Service for Jason will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Burlington Memorial Park Cemetery with Jacob Yochum officiating.
