Jennifer Marie Andrews

Jennifer Marie Andrews, 44, of Burlington, died Saturday, May 3, 2025, at her home in Burlington.

Born August 2, 1980, in Iowa City, IA, she was the daughter of Donald Andrews and Deborah Kirgan.  

Jenny loved her family. Her happiest times were those spent with her granddaughters and other family members. She was an avid lover of nature. She enjoyed spending time arrowhead hunting, taking photographs, and studying botany. She made her own skincare products, which she proudly shared with others. She enjoyed collecting artifacts and various unique items she found.  Jenny's kindness and inquisitive spirit will be remembered by all who love her. 

Survivors include her father, Donald Andrews; mother, Deborah Kirgan; three children, Summer Champagne, Danial Gutierrez, Jr., and Isabelle Champagne; long time partner, Danial Gutierrez, Sr.; four brothers, Donald Andrews, Jr., David (Stacey) Andrews, John Andrews, and Matthew (Akina) Andrews; grandchildren, Rebekah Lohr and Coraline Gutierrez; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 7:00 PM with the family to receive friends from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM Monday, May 12, 2025 at Prugh Funeral Service, 3940 Division Street.

The Graveside Committal Service for Jenny will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 13, 2025, where she will be laid to rest at Burlington Memorial Park Cemetery. 

A memorial has been established for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
