Joseph Robert Popp

Joseph Robert Popp, 74, of Fort Madison, died Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House in West Burlington.

Born March 21, 1951, he was the son of Joseph and Roberta (Robinson) Popp.

Joe was a jokester who could be a little ornery.  He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, playing darts, having a few beers and sharing stories.  

Survivors include his children; Joseph (Charlotte) Popp and Anthony (Angela) Popp; siblings, Thomas Popp, Christine Roasa, Julie Watson; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Sadly, Joe was preceded in death by his wife Cathy, three siblings, and his parents.

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.  No services are scheduled at this time.
