Lisa Ann Holman Bolander

Lisa A. Holman Bolander, 56, of Mediapolis, died Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington.

Born November 21, 1968, in Keokuk, IA, she was the daughter of Arwin "Buzz" and Dorothy Sackfield Holman.

Lisa was a kind hearted woman who loved her community and drove a school bus for the Mediapolis school system.  She looked forward to going to work and always enjoyed working with the children.  She enjoyed shopping and trout fishing with her family.  She will be truly missed, but her memory will continue on through all who love her.

Lisa's family include her husband of 23 years, Carl; son, James Bolander; aunts and uncles, Tillie Broughton, Gary Sandage, Jim Sackfield, Linda Ryan; and good friend, Pam (David) Smith.

Sadly, she was preceded in death by her parents and several aunts and uncles.

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.

The Celebration of Life service for Lisa will be held Monday, March 10, 1 pm, at Prugh Funeral Service, 3940 Division Street, Burlington.
