Michelle Rae Bloyd

Michelle Rae Bloyd, 63, of Burlington, died Thursday, November 14, 2024, at her home in Burlington.

Born July 19, 1961, in Burlington, IA, she was the daughter of Ralph and Beverly Mercer.

Michelle was a highly talented designer in the Minneapolis area, and was the CEO of MBloyd Design. She won many awards and had been recognized nationally for her work.

Survivors include her father; two sisters, Terri Smith of O Fallon, IL and Lori Hogberg of Burlington; six nieces and nephews; six great-nieces and nephews. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bev Mercer.

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
