Robert "Bob" Davison

Robert "Bob" Davison, 96, of Longmont, Colorado, and formerly of Burlington, passed away at home on Nov. 6, 2025.

Born on July 24, 1929, in Burlington, Bob proudly served in the United States Air Force during both the Korean and Vietnam Wars.

Bob proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during both the Korean and Vietnam Wars. During his distinguished military career as a physical therapist, he traveled throughout the world helping others. His dedication and professionalism were recognized when General Omar Bradley selected him to return to school to earn his master's degree. Bob ultimately retired from the Air Force with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Following his military service, he continued his career at the University of California Hospital, dedicating approximately 35 years to helping people recover, heal, and improve their quality of life.  

A resident of Longmont since 1999, Bob continued to live a full and active life. He loved playing cards, gardening, and traveling, and was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. Known for his kindness, patience, and willingness to help, he touched countless lives with his gentle spirit and generous heart.

The memorial service for Mr. Davison will be 11:00 AM Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Prugh Funeral Service, 3940 Division Street with Pastor Sam Fratt officiating.  Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery alongside his parents and daughter, Renee.  A time of food and fellowship will be held in the community room at Prugh Funeral Service following the burial.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
