Sally Ann James

Sally Ann James, 48, of West Burlington, died Friday, July 12, 2024, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington.

Born July 14, 1975, in Cape Girardeau, MO, she was the daughter of Elvin Eugene and Connie Sue Roberts James. On April 17, 2014, she married Curtis James in Burlington. 

Sally worked for the Missouri Popcorn Factory.

She was a member of the NRA. She loved animals and collecting weapons, especially fancy knives and blades. She enjoyed watching YouTube and her favorite YouTuber was "Lips".

Survivors include her mother, Connie Sue James of Jackson, MO; her husband; two sons, Robert James of Iowa and Gabriel James of Burlington, Iowa; grandchild, Lillie James of TX; and two brothers, Donald James of Boulder, CO, and Gary James of TN.

She was preceded in death by her father, Elvin James and her sister, Susie Holstein.

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.

The Celebration of Life for Sally will be held at a later date.
