Sharon L. Sechrest

Sharon Lucille Lambert Sechrest passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025 at 3:50 PM at Lynchburg General Hospital in Lynchburg, Virginia. Sharon was born on December 9, 1945 in Norman, Oklahoma to Harley and Bonnie Lambert. She worked many years as a legal secretary.

She is survived by one son, Kendall Pearsall and one brother Lawrence Lambert, and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David Sechrest, and 2 sisters, Patricia Ledbetter and Sally Chumley, and one grand-daughter, Bridgett Pearsall.

Graveside services will be conducted by Prugh’s Funeral Home in Burlington, Iowa and burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
